After receiving her BSBA in Banking and Finance from the University of Southern Mississippi, Ashley worked as the office manager and financial coordinator for a small poultry brokerage firm. During this time, she and her husband moved away from Hattiesburg and had two children. She became a stay-at-home mom however, as the children grew, she longed to return to the world of finance. This led her to begin working at their church as their Generosity Coordinator.
In 2018, Ashley and her husband moved their family back to Hattiesburg. Her love of the financial industry prompted her to accept a position as Jimmy Carpenter's assistant at LPL Financial. Ashley was excited to follow Jimmy as he moved his business to Simplified Wealth Management and continue working with the new firm.
She loves to spend time outdoors with her husband, Paul, and their two boys. The family loves to camp, kayak, fish, and spend time on the water whenever possible. They are actively involved at Temple Baptist Church and also stay busy homeschooling their boys.
